Privacy Policy – Level Up Contract Bot Logs

We collect the content of chat messages, timestamps, agent email, session ID, bot version, and optional references (citations/form IDs) strictly for training, audit, and compliance. Data is stored in Google Drive/Google Sheets under Level Up Real Estate’s account. Access is limited to broker/owner, compliance, and legal. We retain logs for up to 24 months, then archive/delete. We do not sell or share this data with third parties except as required by law.
